• Must have at least 2 years caregiver work experience
• Must have Caregiving NC II from a TESDA accredited training center or Bachelor's Degree in any 4-year related healthcare course (Nursing, Medical Technology, etc.) supported by an authenticated copy of Diploma and Transcript of Records
• N4 passer of Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) or Level 4 passer of NAT-Test
• Those with zero knowledge in Japanese Language must be willing to study Japanese Language
